Join us for a cozy afternoon of connection, breathwork, & tea

Come as you are and settle into an open-hearted circle where you’ll be seen, heard, and supported. Share what’s on your heart- wins, struggles, or anything in between- while we hold space for each other. Then, sink into a guided breathwork session to reconnect with yourself & your body. We’ll close with warm herbal tea, reflecting together on what came up with open hearts & lighter energy.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply connected.

Please bring your yoga mat and a cozy blanket.
